What information is asked for during the net>HIRETM process and how is it used?
When you register through the net>HIRETM process you will be asked to provide certain information, such as your name and contact information. This information is used exclusively in connection with your job search with the company utilizing net>HIRETM software. Information about your specific business, technical, personal work style, or other skill sets relevant to the position you are applying for, are gathered through the net>HIRETM system's online multiple choice questionnaires. These questionnaires collect information about each applicant's self-assessment of their relative skill levels in specific areas. All information is available for searches conducted by staff members involved in the recruitment process. Searches for suitable applicants are conducted on the basis of profiles that include location , job type and skill set match for a particular job.
Do I get to choose what information I disclose?
Yes, although to be considered for placement you must at least complete the online questionnaire and provide at least one way for someone to contact you, should you be selected for an interview.
Who has access to my personally identifiable information?
Only authorized personnel involved in the recruitment process have access to the information you submit through the net>HIRETM system.
What if I need to change the personal information I previously disclosed?
We encourage net>HIRETM members to update their profile and keep it current. You can update your personal information at any time, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day by accessing the net>HIRETM site and entering your unique User ID and Password. net>HIRE's security system ensures that the information you submit is always kept confidential. If you wish to deselect yourself from consideration for employment, net>HIRETM allows you to delete your candidate profile at any time.
